Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply to purchases made from TradeMarginPro (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these terms.
1) Digital product
Our product is a digital download spreadsheet provided in .xlsx format. No physical goods are supplied.
2) Licence and permitted use
When you purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the file for your own business/personal use.
You may not:
- resell, redistribute, share or upload the file publicly
- claim the product as your own
- remove branding or notices (where present)
3) Compatibility
The product is designed for Microsoft Excel and is also intended to work in Google Sheets, but:
- results may vary depending on software versions and settings
- you are responsible for checking outputs before using them in real pricing decisions
4) Disclaimer
This product is provided for informational/calculation purposes only and is not tax, legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for all decisions made using the spreadsheet and for validating figures before sending quotes/invoices.
5) Support
Support is provided by email only: trademarginpro.help@gmail.com
We aim to respond within a reasonable time, but we do not guarantee response times.
6) Pricing and VAT
Prices are shown in GBP. If VAT is applicable, it will be handled at checkout. (If you advertise “inc VAT”, the checkout total should match that.)
7) Refund policy
Because this is a digital product, refunds are limited.
We will offer a refund if:
- you cannot access/download the file after purchase and we cannot resolve it, or
- the product is materially not as described and we cannot fix/replace it
We generally do not offer refunds for:
- change of mind after successful download
- user error, lack of familiarity with spreadsheets, or incorrect inputs
- incompatibility due to unusual software setups or unsupported environments
- expected differences caused by user-entered assumptions
To request a refund, email trademarginpro.help@gmail.com with:
- the purchase email/receipt
- a brief description of the issue
- (if relevant) screenshots of the problem
8) Chargebacks and disputes
If you have an issue, please contact us first. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in loss of access and may be contested with evidence of delivery and download logs.
9) Changes to the product
We may update the spreadsheet from time to time. Your purchase includes the version available at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
10) Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, or damages arising from use of the product.
11) Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and courts there have jurisdiction.
